Post-op care at Vitalé is built around where you are in your healing, not a fixed formula. Guests come to us after procedures such as BBLs, tummy tucks and mommy makeovers, looking for careful hands and a calm space during a vulnerable time.
Sessions are led by Tanya Flores, a post-op recovery specialist trained in Colombia, who has built a reputation with clients across Toronto and London. Care may include lymphatic drainage, positioning guidance, comfort-focused techniques and gentle reassurance about what to expect next.
We work alongside your surgeon's instructions — never in place of them. If anything about your recovery seems concerning, we will always send you back to your surgical team first.
