Her own experience with sciatica and mobility limitations has given her a unique perspective on how important it is to care for the body, maintain mobility, and prioritize wellness — especially as we age or navigate physical restrictions.

Wendy's vision is to bring multiple facets of health and wellness together under one roof, creating a space where people can access the support, services, and expertise they need throughout their health journey. She is committed to making these services more attainable and accessible to the public, because she believes quality wellness and self-care should not feel out of reach.

Her vision extends throughout the Niagara Region, while also welcoming tourists and visitors who may need care, recovery, or wellness services during their stay.
